Desktop/Mobile App Installation

Installing the mobile app on iOS

  1. Tap on the link provided in the Email you receive, or open your browser and go to IoT in a Box. The web app will detect you are on a mobile device and display the link to app installation at the bottom.

  2. Tap on the mceclip1.png icon.
  3. Scroll down and select Add to Home screen mceclip2.png.
  4. Tap Add.

Installing the mobile app on Android

  1. Tap on the link provided in the Email you receive, or open your browser and go to IoT in a Box.
  2. Scroll down and tap on the Install link shown at the bottom of the screen.
    np_lightbulb_1247022_000000.png Note that this won't appear if you already have the app installed.
  3. In the popup that appears, tap Add.

Installing the app on a Windows or Mac desktop

np_lightbulb_1247022_000000.png  Note: the desktop app is only available for installation when using the Chrome browser.

  1. Tap on the link provided in the Email you receive, or open your Chrome browser and go to IoT in a Box.
  2. In the address bar area, click on the install button.

  3. In the popup that appears, select Install.
