Only the Admin user or users who were granted Can Edit access are able to modify Alerts, Reports or Sensor Maps for that location. If you are logged into an account that has limited app permissions for a given location, you may see read-only elements and a message asking you to contact the Admin to make any changes.
Remember that the permissions for each location can be controlled individually. Although you may have many Companies & Locations displayed within your account, what you are able to see and to control may be limited depending upon the role granted to you by each location's owner.
